Main Functions:
TK65C machine tool is a kind of automation numerical control processing machine tool, applied to machining the internal and external cylinder, conical surface, end face, grooving and chamfering regarding components, and particularly suitable for machining automobile hub, discs and other components.
Main Features :
1. The machine tool spindle is equipped with variable frequency and speed motor at 18.5KW, applied to high-rate cutting, also to parts semi-finish machining and finish machining;
2. Both the vertical and horizontal feed is controlled by servo motor automatically. The vertical direction setting Balance weight structure greatly extend the life cycle of lead screw
3. The machine tool rest is of horizontal or four-station electric structure, and may be equipped with hydraulic chuck, easy to operate, and is driven by electricity improving work efficiency;
4. The special tooling and encoder (for thread machining) may be installed based on user's requirements;
5. This machine tool may be equipped with HNC, KND, GREAT,GSK and other domestic systems optionally according to user's requirements.
