2. Optimize the permutation of steel by finite element method to decrease the thermal deformation.

HIRUNG E-series CNC lathe is a kind of economic high efficiency CNC lathe which aim at small precision components machining. It is made of advanced meehannite cast iron and is processed by precision manual scrapping. The machine uses Taiwan SYNTEC NC system.

1. Made in Taiwan, custom made telescope-feed spindle, accuracy<2μm;
2. Made in Taiwan, high speed oil tank, improve the high speed performance of spindle;
3. Dynamically balance to extend the stability and life cycle.

Long stroke gang tool type design of 730mm for X axle and min.error of exchanging tools X-axis travel 730mm big row of knife design, tool ATC error is minimized, tool change speed accurately, maintenance costs.
